I’m sitting here writing this blog from my kitchen table, all possible windows and doors open in a desperate attempt to cool my body down from this London heat wave. I’m not complaining, I love clear blue skies as much as the next person but boy do we need to get houses here equipped with aircon!

I want to introduce you to a brand called LQ liquid, if you haven’t already heard of them, you’ve likely seen them around in retailers such as Boots & Holland & Barrett. To be totally honest, I’m always a little skeptical of supplement companies like these because I wonder how much good they really do … Is there actual science behind it all?
Fortunately, the LQ range is scientifically formulated and has shown to be more effective and faster absorbing than using the conventional method of pill supplements, so that was a big ‘check’ for me.

The skin care one was particularly appealing; it contains concentrated levels of Marine Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid which is something I always look for in skin care products I buy. I much prefer to work on achieving optimal health from inside-out rather than outside-in, and these do just that.
The shots themselves are there to be taken daily and are all super convenient to carry around. They also taste pretty good too given the ingredient base!
