Essentially – Raw Food Plan

If you don’t live in Dubai and are unaware of the kind of heat we experience in the Summer, let me fill you in! By June, you’re looking at a solid 4 months of 40-50 degree heat & hot humidity.

Guaranteed sunshine sounds appealing though? No.

That’s why I’m planning a little trip (6 weeks is little, right?) back to the stunning UK summer and soaking up the best of Dubai before I do, with some beach time and a summer body plan of super clean-eating meals gearing towards the big day!

I’m on my fourth day of the Essentially “Summer Body Challenge“. Three weeks of raw, organic, healthy meals delivered to your door every morning … sounds dreamy? It is!

I’m not really one for sticking to specific meals as my social plans normally change last minute and I like having the freedom but this week has been breeeeeeezy! I’ve fallen a bit (A LOT) in love with having my meals ready from 8am to 8pm every day without lifting a pan and the food has been top notch. Plus there’s none of the additives or artificial sweeteners – this is all about eating clean and nourishing the body with everything it needs.

It’s a combination of cold pressed juices and raw veggie/vegan food plus snacks. My breakfasts are usually all about the eggs but this week has opened up my eyes!

Scones with cashew cream, chia smoothies, raw quiches and superfood chia puddings. YUM.

Just 3 days in and my energy was sky high.

I think I’m now six GuavaPass classes down in four days and I’m not usually anywhere near that!

A lot of clean food … a lot of workouts … and a whole lot of energy, it’s a great plan to do if you want to get on track, cut sugar cravings, lose fat and just be healthy!!
