A Lower Body Workout to Feel the Burn!

High intensity workouts are the best way to boost energy, burn calories, melt fat and feel fantastic! Long gone are the days of 60 minute treadmill runs – let’s face it, they’re boring and don’t do much good for the bikini body or the joints for that matter!

This is a simple 8 minute legs and bum blast, which I recommend doing 3 times to really break a sweat, get the metabolism going and muscle fibres tearing (all good things!)! It’s a quick legs and bum workout that actually makes a difference!

When the exercises say ‘weighted’, the weight you choose completely depends on your strength and fitness levels. Make sure you know the correct movements and positioning for each exercise to avoid any injuries – ask someone who looks like a trainer in your local gym, I’m sure they’ll be happy to help!

Each workout should include a suitable warm up at the beginning and cool down at the end. Please do comment if you have any questions about the individual exercises or general fitness related questions. Enjoy!
