ealthy Mixed Berry & Chia seed popsicles with Granola topping
Ingredients
  • 200ml soya milk
  • Juice of ½ large orange
  • 125g frozen berries
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2tbs granola
Instructions
  1. Add the soya milk, orange juice, frozen berries and medjjool dates to a blender and mix till smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds (don't re-blend).
  3. Tip a sprinkle of granola into the base of each ice pop container and pour over the berry liquid.
  4. Using a chopstick or similar, gently push the mixture down so that it covers the granola. This will make sure the granola comes out along with the rest of the ice-pop!
  5. Freeze overnight and then enjoy!
