Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup Alpro Coconut drink
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Mix all the ingredients together with a hand-held whisk or fork
  2. Place in the fridge overnight (or for 2 hours minimum)
  3. Serve with fresh berries and coconut flakes!
