Overnight Protein Oats

  • 400ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 400ml Water
  • 1 scoop / 30g chocolate protein powder (I use gold standard 100% whey protein)
  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds (50g)
  • 1 cup oats (100g)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl or tupperware.
  2. Mix well with a hand-held whisk or fork until all combined.
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  4. Top with fresh berries and desiccated coconut when you're ready to serve!
