Chocolate Protein Pancakes!

Serves: 6 Pancakes
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Organic Eggs
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 75ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Large Ripe Banana
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
For Cooking
  • 1 tbs Coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add half the coconut oil to a frying pan on medium heat
  3. Pour in the batter (1/6 of batter = 1 pancake)
  4. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown
  5. Add the rest of coconut oil when cooking the next batch
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
  7. Optional: Top with chopped strawberries, natural yoghurt and honey
