Here’s to my favourite pancake recipe of all time. Zero fuss, minimal ingredients, super healthy and 100% success rate every time!
All you need is a blender to whizz up all the ingredients, a quick fry and job’s done :). I’ve added in chia seeds for an extra boost of fibre and protein but the recipe works perfectly without them too. The riper your bananas are, the more naturally sweet the recipe will be, so keep your eyes peeled for the ones starting to turn a little on the brown side!
