Whether you’re a newcomer to my blog or a regular reader, thank you for stopping by! This blog has been my absolute passion for the last 4 years of my life and it’s fair to say it’s content has changed a little along the way. I’ve grown up with it, I’ve changed with it, I’ve got married with it! (You can check out my wedding series here) and so I hope you enjoy the content and value I am trying to put out there to you.
This space is all about wellness and inspiring travel. Think skincare reviews, beautiful destinations, delicious recipes that are both healthy and yummy and a real and honest insight into my everyday life whether that be new lunch spots I’ve grown to love or a daily journal on life as a blogger.
The most important thing to me is that I am putting out content you love so please always feel free to drop me a message with a blog you’d like to read or any questions you might have. Comment and engage with the posts you like so I know I’m on a path you are fond of! All in all, I’m excited to continue this journey with you!
It depends. It uses to be free Dubai food delivery I would tip. However, nowadays I saw more and more service charges of best food delivery Dubai that can add a lot of $$ to a bill. When the service charge is more than $3 I just smile and say thank you and take my pizza and go.
your recipes look delicious and the for starters your lifestyle looks good. Just wonder whether you should call your life guilt free. Can’t be as long as you eat lots of eggs and meat. Especially when you don’t emphasize on eggs at least being organic, coming from free range and well treated hens.
Thanks for message and glad you like the recipes! My term ‘guilt-free’ has two meanings – it means that as I eat clean 80% of the time, I don’t feel guilty about having the odd chocolate or treat, as I don’t think people should! I believe life is all about balance and we shouldn’t limit ourselves (within reason) or feel restricted. The other is of course the sweet treats I make are all made with natural sugars and un-processed – hence guilt-free!
I try to mention to buy organic wherever possible within my blog and I would hope from the ethos I live by, that people would assume I eat Organic myself :) But I do, and have done for many years!
I hope that answers any questions and hope you continue to enjoy the food.
I just stumbled across your blog through Emirates Woman magazine, and it’s brilliant. The recipes all look so good, I can’t wait to try them out. (I’m cooking the coconut chilli chicken bites tonight ^_^)
I was also raised by super healthy/fit parents and my mother has been into eating clean and organic all my life, I couldn’t imagine shovelling my face full of ready-made meals!
p.s. I think we’re the same age and I would love to hear more about your adventure in Dubai, I’m thinking about making the move from London!
So sorry only just seen this for some reason even though you wrote it ages ago! That’s really lovely to hear, so glad you’re enjoying the blog! London will always be home to me but the time I spend in Dubai at the moment is pretty special!
I’m more than happy to answer any questions you have about moving, a lot of people do! Email me at info@LeanLivingGirl.com and I will get back to you :)
Thanks for your message, I haven’t done but it’s something I’m happy to speak with you about and depending on what you need we can have a look. If you send me an email to info@leanlivinggirl.com we can talk further.
Absolutely loving the blog, been having a look through some of the recipes and they look delicious, I shall definitely be re-creating! I live between England and Dubai, you should hold food workshops out there, they’d be a massive hit with the expats, and I would certainly be interested :)
That’s so sweet, thank you! Glad you’re enjoying the blog.
Food workshops is actually something I’ve been looking into but I’m doing a little remodelling to the site and a new name is on it’s way so will keep you updated :)
A travel and wellness blogger exploring the world one step at a time. Think fabulous food at undiscovered gems, unique destinations, skin care obsessions and so much more. This is my life, I hope you enjoy the ride!
