3 Bum-Building Exercises!

Happy Valentines everyone! I’ve decided not to shower you with recipes of chocolate love hearts and flower bouquets, but instead – a grueling booty workout! The things I do, hey!

As you’ve probably seen from my Instagram as of late, I’ve been training with the guys at Beyond Human gym and wanted to film some step-by-step exercises for you to follow and do at your gym. I asked James to give me his top 3 exercises for building a bum, and this is what I was put through.
